Moving forward with my research I had decided to focus on natural decay and use makeup and photography to show the process of healthy to infected to finally zombie (dead.)

Using special effects makeup to create the wounds and blood I had decided to find mushroom prosthetics that I could use in the final photo to show nature taking over fully and reclaiming the dead. I used a range of paints and eyeshadows to achieve the look I wanted and even used lube to recreate that sickly sweat look that we all get when we are seriously ill.

I wanted my first photo to be my model healthy and so to say normal and then we will show them infected to turn into the dead and the last two images just showing the decaying process taking over.

For my last two images I decided to use photoshop to edit my models eyes to make them appear more white like and less pigmented to sunken in skull like I did this using the painting tool on photoshop. I also edited these images to have a more greenish hue to them that shows a more decayed skin like colour adding to the over all affected of the piece as a whole.
